2.4GHZ Band not broadcasting

My Netgear is not broadcasting the SSID on the 2.4GHz range. It says its enabled but it no devices can see it. My 5 GHZ band is fine and working. I am on the latest firmware I think at V1.0.2.80. It was working all day and just stopped. What is going on?

Try to re-upload the latest firmware once again and then reset.

Once done, reconfigure the router and see if you can get it up and running again.

What's the exact model and version of your router? Is it WNDR4300 or WNDR4300v2?

Is the 2.4GHz light still on or off? 

You may want try to reinstall the firmware and then do a factory reset afterwards.

It is not the v2 and the 2.4GHz light is illuminated.

This issue has returned. For some reason the 2.4Ghz signal des not let anyone connect to it however the 5Ghz signal works fine. When I log inot the router everything shows green like it is wokring but it is not. To avoid any confusion it is happening on IOS and Windows devices.

How would I attach the logs?

How long have you had the router? 

Firmware reinstallation should have corrected this already but if you're saying that it comes back then the router could be faulty.

If this is still under warranty, get an RMA.
