Backup completes but I can see the data on my NAS

Hi all I am backing up my Photo and music from windows share to NAS media folder.

The backup completes and it shows that its copied files but when i access the NAS I cannot see the newly copied files.

I ticked the following box which I would assume would change the permissions as per the Nas?

After backup is complete, change ownership of files in the backup destination to the share owner if the destination is a ReadyNAS share.
Warning: Do not use this option if any files or directories should retain their current ownership.

Any Ideas?

What version of Windows?

What model ReadyNAS and what version of RAIDiator?

What are the full settings for the backup job?

Thanks but it has to be a permissions thing for sure.

I will keep trying.

Hat are the permissions on the share? Can you see the data if you login as the "admin" user?

Just a thought, are you using Internet Explorer 10.

I had problems seeing various pages in Raidiator when i went to IE10 so i went back to IE9.
