Re: Can't access the admin page
There's a .conf file for the app you uninstalled that needs to be manually deleted. I believe its in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled

Re: Can't access the admin page
Anyway 6.2.3 has the fix for this problem. Also we've added a safe apache config to more gracefully handle a similar problem should one arise in the future.

Re: Can't access the admin page
I have the same problem, uninstalled an add-on with OS 6.2.2 but now can't access Admin PanelI didn't have SSH enabled so I can't fix it myself.
Can one of the support staff here contact me and sort it for me? Or do I have to log a ticket and escalate it to an engineer?
Thanks

Re: Can't access the admin page
I can see you are running WD Green disks. I would recommend using WD RED disks rather than WD Green.

Re: Can't access the admin page
I am having the same problems. I am running a 102 with 6.2.5 . When I upgraded this firmware I had immediate problems accessing the admin page suddenly.
I don't have ssh setup. Can you please DM me appropriate instructions?
Thanks

Re: Can't access the admin page
Then your issue is different.
Please download the logs using RAIDar 6.0 and send them to me (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).

Re: Can't access the admin page
I have been struggling with this for weeks. I uninstalled an app in Firmware 6.2.2 and haven't been able to access the Admin Page since. Fortunately, all the data (8+TB) is still intact and the ReadyNAS is discovered via RAIDar. Tried replacing the OS via the Boot Menu and upgrading to the latest RAIDar (6.0).. no luck.
Too bad I can't update the firmware without accessing the admin page.
Please advise,
Thank you!

Re: Can't access the admin page
If you have been bit by the 6.2.2 uninstall bug, netgear support should help you w/o charge. So perhaps contact support.
There is a trick you can use if you have a scratch disk.
-power down the NAS, remove drives (labeling by slot)
-install the scratch, and power up
-upgrade firmware to 6.2.5, and power down
-reinstall the original disks in their original slots and power up.
That will install 6.2.5 on the OS parition of the old disks, and resolve the access problem to the web UI.

Did you uninstall an app when you were running 6.2.2?

Re: Can't access the admin page
Then if the admin interface failed once you updated, Netgear support should help you (w/o charge).
There is a workaround if you have a scratch disk.
-power down, install just the scratch (labeling existing disks by slot)
-power up, going through factory install on the scratch
-upgrade firmware (would need to be beta if you are already current)
-power down, reinstall existing disks.
On power up, the new firmware is applied to the existing disks, which would clear the 6.2.2 bug.

Re: Can't access the admin page
Really?
Did you follow the steps exactly?
Are you seeing no volume, or something else?
