Re: Device is offline please wait
Hello Airat,
Welcome to the community!
I have some questions to ask, they are listed below:
- Do you still have access to the shares?
- What is the firmware version?
- What exactly is the message when you attempt to open the admin page?
- Have you tried other web browsers?
Regards,

Ok. The last problem solved by rebooting the device, but i've got new issue after that. I updated the software to 6.4.0 and device became very slow.
Connected via ssh and top command displays this that kworker process uses 100% cpu

Re: Device is offline please wait
After updating to 6.4.0 it could take some time for some updates to take place. If it remains slow then you could possibly try 6.4.2 Beta 1.

How do I get it?
Is there any way to go back to 6.2.5?

In the beta release subforum here. https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/ReadyNASOS-6-4-2-T59-Beta-1/m-p/1021469#U1021...

Yes, but the process requires a factory reset - so you need to have a full backup in order to downgrade below 6.4.0.

Ok, finally it calculated free space and everything settled down. No excessive processor usage anymore.

Re: Device is offline please wait
Updeate: Now I have my device become unresponsive almost randomly. And there is no way to get it back to work than pulling the plug. It happens during nighttime when I back up servers to nas using SMB. No usb drives are connected. I have no confidence in this device anymore after I upgraded it to 6.4. There shoud be a dig WARNING sign that this firmware is unusable, please do not upgrade. Not sure if 6.4.2 can solve that issue, but I'll try

Which model do you have?
Did 6.4.2 Beta help?
