Duo (ver 1, SPARC) disappeared from Windows

I have been using the Duo v1 for years. This evening, the device has disappeared from my Windows 7 PC (shares from Windows Explorer, printer attached to the Duo have disappeared).
I can see the device and its settings in Frontview. I can ping the device as well.
So the LAN connection to it is OK.
I have restarted the Duo and the PC. I still cannot access the shares and the printer in Windows.
This (Duo disappearing) is happening on both my PC's on my LAN. So it is not a problem with my specific PC.
Any idea how to get this back?

It turns out to be a bug in Bitdefender Firewall.
I have disabled it and enabled Windows 7 firewall for now.

RAIDar ver 6 can see the device.
It says it is healthy. Shows 2 drives with green check marks. "Locate" flashed the disk LED's. "Admin page" opens the Frontview page in Firefox.
However, "Browse" does not open the shares in Windows Explorer. It opens "My Documents" after trying for 10 seconds.
Typing \\192.168.1.100 in Windows Explorer eventually times out and Windows returns an error message that the device is detected but is not accepting connections. To "make sure the device allows incoming connections for File and Printer sharing".
CIFS and HTTP, Bonjour and uPnP are enabled on the Duo, per Frontview.
Still cannot see the shares and printers 😞

Possibly a filling OS partition (assuming 192.168.1.100 is the IP address). Try deleting logs (but NOT downloading them).
What add-ons are installed? Do you have a current backup? What firmware is installed on the NAS?
