The 1 at the beginning of this error message tells me that you have a share issue. The problem is that your share is configured to use a user that might not exist. Each share has an owner and a group that it gives default permissions to.
Edit all of your shares and go to the File Access tab, and set it to a user, like admin, or whatever shows up in the list.
If you're on AD and caching domain users, then you can set this to some domain user and domain group.

Hello edgargat,
What is this shared folder, a default share or a custom one? What apps are running at the same time?
Welcome to the community!

Re: Error Code: 1002020283 Unknown user (guest)
Hi, they are custom shared folders and the only app installed is the antivirus one.

Ed.

Hello edgargat,
Do you get an ignore button? If so, please click it. Then see if everything works normal.

Re: Error Code: 1002020283 Unknown user (guest)
Does NAS add into Domain?
We saw same error code when trying to assign/unassign LUN to a group or when tryin to expand it get error code 1013020823 "unknown user (root)".
It should be same issue,
The issue has been fixed in internal T building FW.

Hello edgargat,
I'd like to check with you the status of this concern you have raised.
You might want to try 6.7.5-T299 (Beta 1).
