IDrive 2.0 app installs on NAS422 but will not connect to IDrive.
I get this error message:
NAS User Does Not Have Enough Permission
Access /etc/passwd file, change /sbin/nologin to /bin/sh for admin user and try again.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

Please allow me an uninformed reader advise to start here -> https://www.idrive.com/netgear-backup-faq and follow the FAQ on How do I install the Netgear Backup App on my Netgear NAS device?
