Re: Main User was automatically deleted

Thu Mar 30 2017 4:59:48 Account: User <USER 2> was deleted.

Re: Main User was automatically deleted

So myHome Folder disappeared 3 days ago, got back home and - poof - all my music and some pictures were gone.

LOG:

Sat Apr 1 2017 0:00:16 Miscellaneous: Snapshot c_1491030016 was successfully created for share or LUN LUN1.
Thu Mar 30 2017 6:31:36 Account: User 'USER1' was deleted.
Sat Mar 25 2017 0:00:16 Miscellaneous: Snapshot c_1490425216 was successfully created for share or LUN LUN1

Time is CET, Username and LUN Name is replaced in the log Quote.

I was NOT contacted by Netgear support yet - seems like you didn't identify all users with this Problem.

This COMPLETELY unacceptable, i have no interest in restoring a 2 TB Backup just because Netgear decides to delete my User account.

If you only want to use ReadyCLOUD again, access the local GUI with the local admin user and reactivate ReadyCLOUD. Otherwise:
