You can get paid support via my.netgear.com.  

Netgear only provides support for the original purchaser, and the manufacturer's warranty is not transferable.

my readyNAS storage doesn't show admin page, server hub is mentioned that no iscii RAID is shown. i need your support to recover data and need to take the storage up and running.

It would be helpful if you gave more and better organized information.

I assume the admin page and iSCSI were once working.  Has anything happened between then and now that might be important?  Does RAIDAR see the NAS?  If so, what status does it show?  Can you get diagnostics or logs via RAIDar?

Are you using the same device to attempt to access both the admin page and iSCSI?  If so, have you tried another?

If RAIDar does not show the NAS, what are the statuses of the NIC LED on the NAS and the router/switch port to which it is connected?
