RN102 cannot upgrade from 6.2.2. to 6.2.3 #25074886

Hi everyone,
I have two identical RN102 units. The first equipped with 2x320Gb WD HDD, the second with 2x3Tb WD RED HDD. With the new 6.2.3 upgrade the first unit has discovered the upgrade and has installed properly. The second unit doesn't see the upgrade available in Internet. So I downloaded manually the firmware: nothing to do. The power on process shows me ever the 6.2.2 firmware. Can you help me? I cannot understand the meaning of that issue. Thanks. F

For automatic detection of new firmware, have you check the DNS of your 2nd RN102? You may set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS servers.

Have you tried to manually upload again firmware v6.2.3 to your 2nd RN102?

Turns out the RAM (memory) in this unit has failed.
