RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Hello all,

I upgraded my firmware to 6.9.5 and it was successful.  After, I was on the admin page looking at what apps were available and I saw a PHP app for displaying system info.  I installed it and now I can no longer access the admin page via a web browser.  The IP is pingable.  I am still serving data via CIFS to my Windows 10 PC.  Just can't access the admin page.  Tried rebooting, but that didn't help.  Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Re: RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Hi @pielab

Welcome to the Communit!

Have you tried using a different browser? Also clearing cache?

Hope this helps!

Re: RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Marc,

Thanks for the reply.  I have tried multiple browsers and have cleared the cache on all of them.  It is as if the httpd process running on the ReadyNAS is down.

Re: RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Hi @pielab

You may want to do OS-Reinstall on your ReadyNAS 4200v2. Here's a guide to access it.

Re: RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

I tried the OS Reinstall.  IP settings didn't change as expected.  I still cannot access the admin page.  I point a browser to the IP of the device and I cannot connect.

Re: RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Are you familiar with SSH and Linux CLI?

You could debug it from the CLI. Else might be better to contact NTGR support.
