Reactivate missing volume

Hi Team,

I had a problem with access to my NAS. No web - "device is offline" message, No access to any volumes. I try power off gracefuly, but with any effect. After 1hour I use "hard-boot". When system come back, I update firmware manually OS 6.2.5 --> 6.9.1(directly)

After that OS looks stable, but I can't access to my data (check screen). In option's i have only "destroy" volume.

In logs i found info: "Volume: System volume root's usage is 100%. This condition should not occur under normal conditions. Contact technical support"

 

I'll be very greatful for any help.

How can I Reactive volume?

It would be best to use paid support for this (my.netgear.com).  You can ask for per-incident support.

 

Wait until after Christmas of course.
