Hi,
My admin page gives a 500 internal server error since upgrading to firmware 6.4.1
I have noted a number of other posts on this matter, but can't find any with a solution. Can still see shares and the device can be seen on RAIDar, as well as via readycloud, but cannot access admin page to modify apps or configuration.
Regards
Steve

When you updated to 6.4.0 your date was reset. I'm wondering if that triggered this:
Dec 31 14:09:51 McDonaldNAS apache2[4838]: pam_unix(frontview:account): expired password for user admin (root enforced) Dec 31 14:09:51 McDonaldNAS apache2[4838]: pam_unix(frontview:account): conversation failed
You should be able to access the local admin page again now.
Does ReadyCLOUD also work now?

Can you download the logs using RAIDar 6.0 and send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Re: ReadyNAS 104 Admin page not accessible after firmware upgrade
I'm afraid not, RAIDar wont allow me to access logs or diagnostics

Re: ReadyNAS 104 Admin page not accessible after firmware upgrade
You have run into the issue on 6.4.1 where the anti-virus service consumes a lot of resources. I have disabled that for now and also the iTunes service.
