ReadyNAS 312, blue light blinking and webpage says Device is Offline
I received a call from one of my customers, they noticed that the Blue light on the front of their ReadyNas was blinking. They could access all their files and such but they wondered why it was blinking. When I tried to login to the console I get the regular Ver 6 webpage but it says the Device is Offline please wait.

If they can access the files/shares now, backup. Always have full backup as we always strongly recommend.
I believe you are trying to access the admin page of the NAS that displays Device is offline. Can you check please on the RAIDar what the firmware version is and if you can download the logs?

I was incorrect, it's a Readynas 312, running 6.1.8. Not sure how I can get the logs off it.I get to the login page but when I login it tells me it is offline. I don't have SSH install on this unit though.

ReadyNAS OS 6.1.8 was released back in May 2014 and is very old firmware. Support for downloading the logs using RAIDar 6.x wasn't added till more recent firmware than that.
