ReadyNAS 314 Error Retry Satrtup

 

My NAS won't boot its failed giving error "retry Startup" even left it for hours but still same error kindly help if someone has a solution kindly share!

Which firmware are you running?

 

Please download your logs using RAIDar 6.1 and send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).

How do I send you the log? Attach?

Perhaps you missed the "see the Sending Logs link in my sig"?  Open the link and scroll down to "Sending your logs to the moderators"  

 

But yes, the log zip file is an attachment iin the email.

The cause of this error that you ran into is fixed in 6.5.0 (note there are other possible causes for it).

You could power down, put a scratch disk (must not be from your array) in the NAS, update the firmware to 6.5.0, verify the firmware update is successful, power down, remove the scratch disk and put your disks back in the same order as before and power on.
