Share page does't show consumed disk space of an external (USB) drive attached to ReadyNAS. Version: 6.10.1

Try enabling "Quota" in System/Volumes/Settings of GUI

The external drive doesn't show up in the Volumes section.

Enable quotas by clicking on the gearwheel then Settings in each of the volumes shown in your pic.
Then look in "Shares" and also in "System Overview", you should see data consumed figures there

I do have quotas turned on the internal volumes and it has been turned on since I created them. As you can see in the image, I have quotas set and can see how much is consumed. However, the external drive doesn't show anything being consumed and there is at least 500 GB of data on that drive.

All I can add is that it works for me
I also see details of my USB drive in System/Overview
