Using disks from ReadyNAS Pro in OS6-based devices #24525795

My ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer went dead. (4.x.x Raidiator software, recently updated)
If I buy a newer model (an OS6-based device) and stick my existing set of 5 disks into it, will they be picked up as a volume by the new NAS or will it re-format/erase my data?

I've opened a support ticket about this too.

The x86 OS6 platforms (RN300, RN500. RN700) are supposed to boot, which lets you migrate your data. viewtopic.php?f=64&t=79191&p=447721&hilit=migrate+data#p447681

You will still need temporary storage for the NAS data - the migration still requires a factory reset.
