Volume error on readynas 4220
Dear,
I just received an error
"System volume tmpfs's usage is 89%. This condition should not occur under normal conditions. Contact technical support."
Logged with ssh i found
root@nas-4220-1:/run# df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on udev 10M 4.0K 10M 1% /dev /dev/md0 4.0G 1.5G 2.2G 42% / tmpfs 3.9G 0 3.9G 0% /dev/shm tmpfs 3.9G 3.4G 457M 89% /run
directory is filled with a lot of files export_db_background.xxxxx. More than 800000 with each 866 bytes
Running midnight commander show me the following files and size according the picture
Any ideas for the existence of such export_db files ?
Thanks in advance for your support

Re: Volume error on readynas 4220
Not sure where those files are coming from.
But I am wondering if you have tried rebooting the NAS? tmpfs is a temporary file system (like a ramdisk, but it can be swapped out).

Re: Volume error on readynas 4220
Thanks for the info
I carefuly moved these files to a temp directory and partition space recovered to something normal.
I still do not understand why these files were created.
I will continue to check in the folliwing days.
