problem update firmware RN10400
Hi my nas stay in booting mode, i try to recovery with usb tool of netgear, but an error message appear : "boot from usb failed!".
I follow this procedure:
- unzip recovery usb tool
- format the usb key
- insert the last iso firmware into the folder marvell
- create the bootable usb
- insert the usb in front of nas
- restart while press and hold backup button
the nas try to boot usb key, but give the error to display
Model: RN10400|ReadyNAS 100 Series 4- Bay (Diskless)

Which firmware did you update from and to?
Try more USB keys.

Nas sturtup appear corrupt and i try to update firmware; I don't remember which version was installed but i try to update to 6.6

version is 6.6.0, yes i try with your procedure, but i don't understand more
