My M7 Pro is unable to connect to 5G with STC service provider and only works on 4G in Saudi Arabia. We need a solution to this problem. We have contacted support and they have indicated that the issue is a technical problem with Netgear. The problem existed in the M6 Pro and was resolved; we need a solution for the M7 Pro. Hello, just bought a M7 to use a eSIM from Free (working fine on my iPad Pro). Whatever with QR code or manual configuration, the installation of the eSIM is not working. i would like to use it according to the big data associated to it in different countries. as mentioned this is fine on my iPad. I’m having a strange compatibility issue with a Netgear MR7400 (M7 Pro)-unlocked hotspot and a Windows laptop with an Intel BE201 Wi-Fi 7 card. The laptop can see the 5 GHz and 6 GHz networks but gets stuck on “connecting” forever, while phones connect instantly at full speed. I reinstalled Windows, updated drivers, and even replaced both the Wi-Fi card and the hotspot — same result. Interestingly, another laptop with an Intel AX211 (Wi-Fi 6E) can connect to the 5 GHz band, so it seems newer Wi-Fi 7 adapters are stricter about the hotspot’s security handshake and refuse to finish connecting. I recently got an LM200 from Amazon. It connects to LTE and works in bridge and router mode fine. I am trying to update it to the latest FW version to get the WAN failover feature. It isn't able to check for firmware updates online, and when I try to upload the firmware manually, it fails and says "Invalid update file. The package is not supported." Does anyone know why this is happening? I've tried the firmware from https://kb.netgear.com/000064616/LM1200-LTE-Upgrade-Package-Retail-Australia-Europe-and-US and from https://www.netgear.com/support/product/lm1200. For SafeLink Wireless, I pay for the extra unlimited data allowance, I'm also using the Verizon tower coverage, but it shows no signal nothing, when I had the T-Mobile coverage towers and sim variant I was able to get a signal and data coverage. Does the m5 version support Verizon or am I entering the wrong apn settings. I've tried; Name: 1. Safelink, 2. Safelinkvzw, 3. TFDATA APN: 1. RESELLER, 2.TRACFONE.VZWINTERNET, 3. I am the owner of a Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 (model MR1100-100EUS), currently running firmware version NTG9X50C_12.06.39.00. I would like to use the device without a SIM card by connecting it to a wired internet source via the Ethernet port. However, I cannot find an option in the web interface to switch the internet source from cellular to Ethernet (WAN or Cradle mode). Could you please confirm whether this functionality is supported on my model and firmware version? If so, could you provide instructions on how to enable it? Hello, How can I get a firmware update for the LM1200-111NAS? Attempting to check for firmware update via the admin page gives: Update Error There was a problem updating your device. Please try again later. Attempting to install via file with firmware downloaded from the support site, https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/LM1200/LM1200_20.06.09.00_LTE_upgrade_package(US).zip indicates that the firmware is not compatible with the device.
