I am trying to add my Nighthawk 5G M7 (MH7110) to the NETGEAR app. When I scan the barcode it says “This device is not supported by this app” the router is working and I can connect devices to it but I need to use the app to change the sim….....Intermittent WiFi Lag on Android When Running Delta Executor
Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an unusual network issue on my Android phone and I'm not sure whether it's related to the device, router configuration, or the application itself. Phone: Samsung Galaxy A55 Router: Netgear Nighthawk AX5400 Android: Version 14 Delta Executor: v2.721 Whenever I launch Delta Executor Android and start using it for a few minutes, my phone's internet connection becomes unstable. Instead of disconnecting immediately, I first notice very high latency and slow page loading. Shortly afterward, the WiFi icon remains connected but apps report no internet access for a short period. A few things I've noticed: The problem only occurs on this Android device. Streaming and gaming on other devices continue normally. Signal strength remains excellent throughout the issue. Mobile data works fine when WiFi becomes unresponsive. The connection usually recovers after reconnecting to the network. Troubleshooting I've already performed: Changed DNS servers. Disabled Smart Connect on the router. Renewed the phone's IP address. Tested both WPA2 and WPA3 security modes. Reinstalled the application. Checked router event logs but didn't find obvious errors. I'm wondering if certain network requests generated by the application could be triggering a router security feature or causing a compatibility problem with Android's WiFi stack. Has anyone encountered similar behavior with Android applications where the connection appears active but internet traffic temporarily stops? Any suggestions for additional diagnostics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.MH7150 M7 not accepting my eSIM

Hello! I'm trying to use an italian eSIM , Wind3 operator. The istallation was not smooth: I had to re-try it a couple of times. However, once the eSIM is installed and activated, it stays blocked because it needs a PIN code. When I enter the PIN code, it does not accept it, claiming is wrong. But, strange enough, it still gives me 3 attempts, like it actually never tried. I tried from app and web admin page: same result. I reset the device and reinstalled the eSIM multiple times: the problem persists. Moreover, if I try to install the eSIM in another device to remove PIN protection, it doesn't allow me to do it, claiming that it's already registered for a different device, even if I removet from the router first and wait some time. I'm desperate and I'm seriously thinking about asking for a refound. Does anybody had similar issues and/or can be of any help? Thank you!LM1200-111NAS firmware
Hello, How can I get a firmware update for the LM1200-111NAS? Attempting to check for firmware update via the admin page gives: Update Error There was a problem updating your device. Please try again later. Attempting to install via file with firmware downloaded from the support site, https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/LM1200/LM1200_20.06.09.00_LTE_upgrade_package(US).zip indicates that the firmware is not compatible with the device. Hello, I own a NETGEAR Nighthawk M7 Pro purchased from Amazon Germany. The device is running the latest available firmware, and I am using the latest version of the NETGEAR App. The router is registered to my NETGEAR account and is working correctly with a physical SIM card. I already have a valid eSIM QR code from my mobile operator (LMT, Latvia). I would like to install this eSIM profile on my Nighthawk M7 Pro. However, I cannot find any option to: Add my own eSIM Scan a QR code Import an eSIM profile Download a third-party eSIM profile In the NETGEAR App I can see the "Buy an eSIM" marketplace, but I cannot find any way to add an existing eSIM obtained from another provider. Could you please confirm whether the Nighthawk M7 Pro supports installation of third-party eSIM profiles via QR code? If it does, please provide the exact menu path and step-by-step instructions required to install a third-party eSIM profile. If this feature is not supported, please confirm whether the device only supports eSIM plans purchased through the NETGEAR eSIM marketplace. Thank you for your assistance. Vielen Dank im Voraus für Eure HilfeNighthawk M3 MH3150 and Ethernet Adapter - USB-C input does not charge battery
I have a Nighthawk M3 MH3150 and a Netgear Ethernet adapter. (The M3 has no ethernet port, just a USB-C one, so needs the adapter for ethernet). The adapter has one 'in' port USB-C to connect to the M3, one 'in' port for USB-C power-in, and one 'out' port for ethernet. When I plug in the adapter, ethernet works fine. BUT the 'in' port for USB-C power-in does not keep the M3 charged. The lightning charging on the M3 battery icon does not appear. I have tried many, many different USB-C power sources from 10W to 60W and still no charging. Does anyone use this setup? Is there some obscure config setting I need to change somewhere to get this battery charging active?ORBI NBR750 5gh cannot be disabled
I have an ORBI NBR750. I need to force the router to use only the 2.4 GHz antennas by disabling the 5 GHz ones. Even though I’ve done this, I still see some connected devices listed as connected to the 5 GHz band. I turned off the two satellites, restarted the router, but nothing changed; my iPhone is still connected to the 5 GHz band instead of the 2.4 GHz band. Netgear support doesn’t seem to respond to products that are out of warranty. How do I fix this? Also, the system tells me there’s a firmware update available, but in reality, there isn’t one. Is it possible to have all these bugs?
