Nighthawk M5 AT&T Looking for APN
For SafeLink Wireless, I pay for the extra unlimited data allowance, I'm also using the Verizon tower coverage, but it shows no signal nothing, when I had the T-Mobile coverage towers and sim variant I was able to get a signal and data coverage. Does the m5 version support Verizon or am I entering the wrong apn settings. I've tried; Name: 1. Safelink, 2. Safelinkvzw, 3. TFDATA APN: 1. RESELLER, 2.TRACFONE.VZWINTERNET, 3. TFDATA PDP: IPV4V6 PDP Roaming: IPV4V6 None are wanting to work.Orbi LBR20: turn it off at night?
I am using a VDSL router, next to the LBR20. On a phone call with my internet provider (Vodafone in Germany) I was told that the VDSL router is supposed to remain turned on at all times, even at night. I was wondering if this is true for the LBR20 as well. I often turn it off at night. Is there any reason not to do that? The fact that neither the Orbi app nor the device itself has a button/option for turning off WiFi might suggest that this is supposed to be an always-on device. It connect to the internet via a SIM card mobile internet plan. Why shouldn't it be as flexible as a smartphone in terms of turning the device on and off?LM1300 - NETGEAR no longer supports
I purchased a LM1300 in September 2024. I opened a problem case (48674607) in November 2024. I purchased a PREMIUM support contract in November 2024. This case is still open in October 2025. The product does not work as advertised. Last contact with L2 NETGEAR indicated NETGEAR does not have resources to resolve my problem. I wonder how long until all products have this result! There's so little documentation about this that I don't can't figure out the best way to phrase my question. If you plug the M5 / MR5200 into a wired switch with it's own Internet access, will the M5 act as an access point? If so... What happens if you wire two M5s together? Could one act as the Internet gateway, and the other as an AP?Mobile Broadband Disconnected M5
Nighthawk M5 5G WiFi 6 Mobile Router (MR5200) working but can't connect to data Your data connection is disconnected. Netgear support and the the provider Vodafone Support say all the settings are good and it should work. But its not working and is becomming a very expensive brick. We dont use it that often but at times we need it. I see alot of other people are having simular problems. I try connecting the Nighthawk router direct to an external erial and if that doesn't work I have to look for something to replace what we have. Is there another mobil router that people recommend that has good support and isn't so expensive.Cant update DC112A to latest Firmware
Hi, When I do a firmware check from within Netgear Genie it says it is the latest (V1.0.0.42_1.0.60) but when I check on the Netgear web site it says the latest is V1.0.0.62_1.0.60 which is 8 updates more. So I downloaded & extracted it & tried to upload it manually it says "This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product." Anyone got a fix for this? Thanks Tag Like
