Factory reset GSM7328Sv2h1
Hi all,
I'm teacher in a Computer Techinical School. We use a GSM7328Sv2h1 management switch model. At a moment I'm the Network Manager.
Well, the old Network Manager was fired and took the switch administration passwords with him.
We need to reconfigure school networks and we need to recover the password for switch administration. How can we do the factory reset? We tried the reset button on the front of the device, but it did not work. We did not find any other buttons for this function.
Please, help us

Kindly access and follow the steps indicated on the article below:
How do I recover the password for my managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switch?
As you will notice in the image on step #3, it shows that option # 6 is for Erase Current Configuration. After you have successfully recovered the password of the GSM7328Sv2h1 switch, I suggest you to check first its current configuration and if you're decided to start from scratch then proceed with erasing the current configuration of the switch.
