GSM7328FS switch - Configuration via the Boot Menu?
I have a GSM7328FS switch and when updating the image an error occurred in which it corrupted the code crc, operating system and backup image.
Currently it only accesses via serial cable and already comes right on the screen of the boot menu, I would like your help, how can I reverse this situation? How to put another operating system? I thank the help of all you.
Specification: Boot code version 01.00.33 02-03-2011
CPU Card ID: 0x508541
Active image failed crc check, activating backup image
No Backup Image available.
Failed to activate Backup Image.
Operational code CRC is invalid.

Welcome to the community!
The only way that we can do this is to upload the firmware via boot menu. Were you still be able to access it via console?

Thanks for helping me.
I can access via console, but it already enters the Boot Menu configuration.
From what I've noticed I'm missing the main settings such as backup, main image and operating system. In addition, it still generates an error in the CRC code.
I've tried to transfer stk files and even cfg through hyper terminal and tera term, but without it it can not find the remote device.
If you have an idea how to configure I am grateful and ready to test.
Note: Sorry for writing, I do not speak English well.

I'm sorry to say this, but we may not recover the switch anymore as we don't have any backup image to run the switch. It seems that the firmware upgrade has been interrupted. I may suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.

Yes, I can access the boot menu through the console, in fact it is currently the only access. But I can not transfer any files to the device or at least valid.
