SRR60 loses settings when power cycled

SRR60 loses settings when power cycled

1-ongoing issues with dropped internet connection

2-ongoing issues with wifi dropping from devices

3-moving my router srr60 to a new location because of some remodeling work.  now seeing each time I cycle power (working on wiring in new location) the router doesnt remember me...or any of it's settings.  it's starting over.

4-in redoing settings, it's a real pain in the ass that each wifi setting needs a long reboot.  can we not have something that lets you make all changes and then apply in one reboot?

very unhappy right now with the hardware as well as the software tools to troubleshoot it.

version 2.5.0.108

backed up one cause the newer one doesnt show all devices connecting, which is a real issue in troubleshooting.

ugh!

    Retired_Member,

Kindly try to update the firmware of your SRR60 to the latest version which is v2.5.1.106 then observe if the same problem occurs.  You can download the firmware here.

is this recommended because it's a default response:  "run latest firmware" or because this firmware has a specific solution to any or all of my issues?  becuase I know it has another problem, which is why I backed up one.

also note: I went to latest firmware in effort to improve connectivity issues, but lost ability to see connected devices.

      Hi Retired_Member

Could please confirm your original issues are resolved or not after the firmware update to FW 2.5.1.106? I see you are not seeing the devices in the attached device list page. List out any other issues with debug logs. Hope you have upgraded your SRS60 if any.

      How to take debug logs:

      1. Go to https://<Orbi Pro IP address>/debug.htm

      2. Click on start capture.

      3. Wait for the issue to happend before saving. ( give at least 5 min before savig debug logs)

You can upload debug logs into google drive or something similar and send me link via PM.

      Thanks,

      Raghu
