Using Wired Backhaul, the internet is slow and jittering
I have similar problem with RBSE960. Using Wired Backhaul, the internet is slow and jittering. On the Orbi Router portal is says Backhaul status = Good
When i unplug the cable and Backhaul via 5 GHz, the jittering is gone. On the Orbi Router portal is says Backhaul status = Poor
Yes, i have swapped cables, and yes the cables are new standard CAT6 from factory.
The problem seem to have started when RBSE960 updated to firmware V7.2.7.15
Could faulty firmware be the problem?

I do not understand your follow-up question... I never mentioned Mac
MBPs = Megabytes per second

Ah my bad. MBP is Mac Book Pro for me. Mbps is Megabytes per second.
What devices are you connecting to the RBS and seeing this slow and jittering when v.15 FW is loaded? Brand and model please.
Any device...
Android phones, Google TV, HP Notebook (Windows 11)
The factory reset was performed on the RBS, and after a sync, it was configured again. I did not restore anything myself.

Just wondering had you factory reset the system after v.15 was loaded to check this?
Are RBS ethernet connected directly behind the RBR or is there a LAN switch in the mix?
Only knowns issues are with IPv6 on v.15 FW is not working. Otherwise is good FW.
I had my 960 series online for 30 days, RBS wireless connected. Saw no issues.

Had my 850 online for 30 plus days earlier this year, those RBS were Ethernet connected, same FW. No issues.

Yes, reset multiple times.
RBS is connected direct to RBR with CAT6
IP6 is disabled
When I connect RBS wireless there is no issue, so problem is isolated to wired backhaul.

After doing the factory reset, did you restore your configuration, or did you setup from scratch?
After few hours in connection with Netgear support, I decided to revert firmware on the RBRE960 from V7.2.7.15 to the older V7.2.6.31.
This resolved the issue, and now i have stable internet connection again on my wired backhaul satelite.
V7.2.7.15 probably has an issue with wired backhauled satelites
