iPhone ReadyCloud can not connect internarnally to ReadyNas 104 OS 6.9.3

ReadyCloud in the iPhone does not connect internally (when I am in the same network). ReadyCloud in the iPhone can connect when in the Celular network or in another WiFi.

ReadyCloud in the Mac can connect internally.

ReadyCloud in the browser works internally and outside.

I  can connect using the <IP>/admin also.

I already forward the port, set an static IP address, enable/disable encryption without success.

What is the solution?

There is new version for the Readycloud app for iOS (2.0.2). You may try installing that version and see if that will resolve the issue.

    Hi Deo3000,

    Welcome to the Community!

    1. What is the version of the ReadyCLOUDapp installed on your iPhone?

    2. Are you able to access NAS via ReadyCLOUD portal using your iPhone's web browser?

    3. If you have another iOS device, are you getting the same issue as well on the ReadyCLOUD app?

I did not encounter this issue when I simulate this on our end. May I know the iOS version of your Apple devices?
