Model: RN10400Firmware: 6.5.1OS: Windows 10Environment: Small Office Home NetworkInstalled Storage: 4 x 4TB Hard Drives - 1 volumeIssue: NAS unavailable. &nbsp;Hangs during bootup and displays&nbsp;btrfs_biomerge_bio_hook+a4 message in the display window with power light flashing. &nbsp;Does not appear in RAIDar.&nbsp;Performed USB Recovery and same error still occurs during bootup.&nbsp;Looking for next steps...

This error has got nothing to do with the internal flash so USB Boot Recovery won't help.

Can you try booting into volume read-only mode?

Tried booting into Volume Read Only mode from the boot menu and the boot process stops at the same point as a normal load, at right around 25 to 27%, and then displays the same btrfs_biomerge_bio_hook+a4 message.

Do you have a backup of your data?

Not all of it. &nbsp;I was using this NAS as a holdover for some data that was not being backed up until another NAS was ordered to store it.&nbsp;Is this possibly a snapshot issue? &nbsp;Should I attempt to turn them off?

Turning off snapshots is not going to get the system out of this state.
&nbsp;
Sounds like you should contact support. There would be some costs involved with looking into this. It could end up being a data recovery situation.
