Sadly no :/ this ReadyNas is my friends and I am trying to help him.
but if there is anything I can try to fix this I will - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredHave you checked that the RAM is properly seated? Sometimes you can get this error due to bad or loose memory.
- Retired_MemberSo I grapped a usb to ttl, because warranty is not an option anymore.
This is what the serial port gives me:Starting the boot process...

Yes I have tried many usb sticks.
As when mdgm tried to help me,
mdgm told me there is something wrong with the internal memory and it seems to be right
The guestion now is, is this a software or hardware error?
and is there a way to fix it?
reflow/reball is not a problem. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe problem is that it has flash paths that are not expected for your model. This suggests either internal wiring was done wrongly in the unit or there is some other problem.
It's definitely a 2-bay Ultra, the Ultra 2? - Retired_Member

Here are some pictures I uploaded:

And now when I started it, it started little different fan speed 100% first then slowed down and the serial shows:Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
Normally its only blue light and 100% fan speed
I also found thread with "ERR: Could not find internal fla" probably a diffrent problem than this.
http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=70520 - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredI already put 4.2.25 on your internal flash.
Definitely a different problem to that thread.
When I looked on your system the internal flash had a different path to the expected one and I presume the external ports do as well. So it looks for the flash where it expects it (this is hard coded into the firmware), doesn't find it and returns the error. - Retired_MemberOkay I dropped this unit to the recycling, because its just taking too much time.
And starting to think, how is it posible that this unit even worked on the first place and what caused this, its going to be a mystery
I really have to thank you every one that tried to help especially mdgm!
Have a great week every one :)
