Unable to remove apps
So, this is the second time that this has occurred. Install an app, then when removing it the removal fails and this stops the webportal from loading after boot up.
The last time it occurred I had to factory reset the unit.
The app in this particular case was Cacti.
Would someone like to test this? I have a 102 model on the current software update. Install an app and when it fails to uninstall the webportal fails to load on next boot up.

- LeMMin9AspirantThis is the standard Plex app that is pre installed on the NAS
I attempted to update the app via the newer version on the ReadyNAS app website, however ended up with two versions of Plex on my NAS, neither of which would work. I was able to remove the later version but now I'm stuck with the older version installed but unable to be turned on or removed from the NAS- BrianL2NETGEAR Employee Retired
Hi LeMMin9,
Can you send us a copy of the logs so we can take a look?
Kind regards,

Whats the best way to get my log .zip file to you, I had a look at PM and replying in this thread but it only appears to allow pictures to be placed in messages

Thanks StephenB, I've emailed as required, hopefully the brains trust will be able to resolve the problem without the need for a full system reset.

Alright, it's taken a bit of work but seem to be making good progress.
I deleted my plex folder, both the 'plexmediaplayer' in .apps but also the plex folders from within the .freeapps folders as well (this was due to the plex app that I couldn't delete still remaining and being unable to be removed)
A restart and I was left with no apps installed, excellent! Tried to reinstall Plex 0.9.12.8 from the apps.Netgear page. This installed, but then the pafe would not allow me to install any folders to share. So I deleted this version of Plex and went with the latest from the Plex website 0.9.14.6 which is currently scanning through my media, so progressing further.
I'll make sure the XboxOne can play something before I say we're fully resolved, but looking good so far

Success, my media is still updating but I've got the xbox to reconnect to the Plex Media Server hosted on the NAS and have been able to play content.
Thanks to Brian, Stephen and Mdgm for troubleshooting and getting me there in the end
Merry Christmas
