GSM7328FS switch - Configuration via the Boot Menu?

I have a GSM7328FS switch and when updating the image an error occurred in which it corrupted the code crc, operating system and backup image.
Currently it only accesses via serial cable and already comes right on the screen of the boot menu, I would like your help, how can I reverse this situation? How to put another operating system? I thank the help of all you.

Specification: Boot code version 01.00.33 02-03-2011
CPU Card ID: 0x508541
Active image failed crc check, activating backup image
No Backup Image available.
Failed to activate Backup Image.
Operational code CRC is invalid.

Welcome to the community!

The only way that we can do this is to upload the firmware via boot menu. Were you still be able to access it via console?

I can access via console, but it already enters the Boot Menu configuration.

From what I've noticed I'm missing the main settings such as backup, main image and operating system. In addition, it still generates an error in the CRC code.

I've tried to transfer stk files and even cfg through hyper terminal and tera term, but without it it can not find the remote device.

If you have an idea how to configure I am grateful and ready to test.

I'm sorry to say this, but we may not recover the switch anymore as we don't have any backup image to run the switch. It seems that the firmware upgrade has been interrupted. I may suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification.  If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.

OK. I will try to get in touch, but the equipment is no longer under warranty.
If you have any binary file or update procedure or the configuration file or operating system or code of it would be great, since corrupted is really and can not go up in any way nor transfer into the switch, if you have knowledge of how Transfer the file into the switch that only enters the boot menu mode.

You may try to do this steps in order to enter on the boot menu mode through CLI.

But as I told you, he does not let CLI go up, just the boot menu.

When I connect through the putty or other terminal application, it even rises in the boot menu configuration.

Yes, I can access the boot menu through the console, in fact it is currently the only access. But I can not transfer any files to the device or at least valid.

That is also the only way that we can recover or upload the firmware. May you be able to take a screenshot of the initialization of the switch?

As you can see on the menu. Please choose "14 Upload a file through XMODEM" using the firmware that you want to upload on the switch. Please make sure that the firmware is now .stk format.

Please make sure that you specify the name of the file before uploading it. You may also try to use another computer and other firmware version.

It seems that you were having hard time on uploading the firmware on the switch. I think it might be better if you will seek some assistance with our support team as your device has a lifetime support warranty. I suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of the switch.
