M4300-52G - suspected flash memory fail - Netgear please read
I am posting here as the Netgear website refuses to allow me to create an RMA ticket resulting in this helpful notice:
It would appear that no one is free to chat either:
This for the last hour. So please could someone from NG contact me about raising an RMA ticket. Details below:
One of our M4300-52G switches became unresponsive after stack reboot causing system wide outages.
Switch removed, stability restored. IT investigated and think it's the flash memory failing/corrupted. It's basically cycling startup procedure over and over.
