GS752TXS device view

Hi, has anyone managed to solve the device view issue with these switches, its a bit of a minefield. If there is no direct resolution does anyone have a workaround, thanks

Re: GS752TXS device view

Hi @tommymaguire,

What's the firmware version of the GS752TXS?

I suggest updating it to its latest firmware (v6.1.0.39) to see if that resolves the issue.

Firmware file and instructions are here.

Re: GS752TXS device view

I had already upgraded it to  firmware (v6.1.0.39), people seemed to indicate its a java issue, is this correct?

Thanks

Re: GS752TXS device view

Several older switches Web UI are not updated towards a HTML5 device view - the Java based one is inop, the the Applet API should be drpreciated for removal. It is essentially irrelevant since all web-browser vendors have either removed support for Java browser plug-ins.
