Hi there.
Model RN104
4x 2TB Drives
Firmware v6.10.1
I am trying to connect the RN104 to Microsoft One Drive.
On the Admin Interface I goto Cloud then click on the on/off slider for Microsoft OneDrive (Beta)
The Microsoft Sign up Screen is displayed and I select my MS account
Immediatly I get a White screen with Server Internal Error 502
I have tried connecting it to Google Drive and DropBox and it seems to work. Problem is I have all the space on OneDrive.
Any ideas would be gratefully received
Thanks
Kenny

Re: RN102 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
I have same problem. Firmware 6.10.1
Turned off one drive on the 18th July. Tried to turn it back on and came up with disabled. Disconnected from one drive and tried to re-connect and started coming up with this error. Tried different browsers and even a different computer. Same issue.

Re: RN102 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
I have the same problem with my ReadyNAS 424. I had to "Leave" OneDrive to fix a problem and as I tried joining it back I keep getting the 502 error too. I was on OS 6.10.1 so I decided to try the beta upgrade to see if it woudl resolve the problem but it did not. I'm currently on 6.10.2-T49 (Beta1) and same issue. I've tried from my surface, my pc, my iPAD and my iPhone. I tried with Chrome, IE, Edge and Safari. Pretty much tried every possible option on every devices.
I'm stuck and I need OneDrive for one of my client. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: RN104 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
This issue appears to occur when multi-factor authentication is applied to a Microsoft account.

Re: RN104 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
I don't have Multi-Factor enabled and it still doesn't work.

Re: RN104 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
sunnyweb, I see. Multi-factor authentication is not relevant.
Is your account a personal account?
I tried it again, "Microsoft Account(business)" account succeeded, "Microsoft Account(personal)" account failed.

Re: RN104 Server internal Error 502 when connecting to Microsoft One Drive
I agree. I've tried it for myself and my personal account doens't work but my business account does.
However, for the client I have, it has to be personal account.
