ReadyCloud GUI not working (Desktop App) PRJNAME

Hi,

I'm experiencing problems with the ReadyCloud dektop app on Windows 10 64bit.
The Interface is not usable because instead of meningful text there are only variables displayed (see screenshots below).

This is a recent install (last weekend), but I can't tell you what version it ist, because version = VERSION ...

The NAS is running in firmware version  6.8.0

Does anyon have a fix for this behaviour?

regards

Hi,

As we cannot reproduce your PRJNAME issue on win10 64bit PC, so would you please provide remote access to your PC to us to check your issue?

Do you have installed teamviewer on your PC? Would you please send PM to me about your remote access info?

Best Regards.

No, of course not. It's not my job to quality test your software. If you want to pay me for testing your software, feel free to make an offer.

I'm a normal customer who paid for your product and for some reason expected it to work.

btw: this exact error was reported several times on this very forum:

Netgear is offering you free support, and you refuse to take it?  What are you thinking?
