Errors in Backup Log
Hi All
I am having an issue backing up my ReadyNAS 1100 on RAIDiator 4.1.6.
We have 2 macs that use the NAS for storing artwork etc. Each day I get an error log of around 5000 entries with something similar to the following
"cp: cannot create directory '/job_001/./.TemporaryItems/folders.503/TemporaryItems/.AppleDouble': No such file or directory"
"cp: cannot create directory '/job_001/.~FileLocation /.AppleDouble': No such file or directory"
"cp: cannot create directory '/job_001/./FileLocation /.AppleDouble': No such file or directory"
etc
etc
Does anyone know how I can stop these from appearing as it looks the there is a problem backing up however everything is copying across.
Kind Regards
Dan

Re: Errors in Backup Log
What are you backing up to/from? Is the NAS the source or the destination?

Re: Errors in Backup Log
We have two ReadyNAS 1100 - One is a source and the other is a destination.

Re: Errors in Backup Log
So are you using Frontview backup?
What are the full backup job properties?

Re: Errors in Backup Log
I believe so Yes.
My Backup source is my Share that I created
My Backup Destination is Remote: Windows/NAS (TimeStamp) and the host has been set to my other NAS
My Backup Schedule is every 24 hours every day.
I have a full backup scheduled every week and an email to notify me of status and errors.
Thanks
