I have uploaded almost all my photos in one morning it just stopped. It will no longer upload even though it says the drive. I’ve chosen the destination folder and it says “waiting for device.” Any help would be appreciated because I need to make sure they’re all backed up before I start deleting picturesReadyCloud V2.0.0,(2027) on iOs11.0.3 not doing media backup on R7000
I have set up my HDD in RAID config and used R7000 router's Advanced>Readyshare>ReadyCloud to use my HDD to back up my PCs and photos and videos from mobile devices. Everything worked great and from all my mobile devices (iPhone 4, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6Plus and iPhone 7s Plus) i was able to leverage media backup to store my photos and videos on HDD. Suddenly 5 days back media back up just stopped working. Nothing has changed either on devices or on router or on HDD. When i open the Ready Cloud App and go to Media Back up tab.. it just sits on uploading 137 photos but doesnt upload or back up anything from any of the mobile devices.11KViews0likes46CommentsReadycloud files aren't available through the browser - R7000
I setup Readycloud on my R7000 using a 250gb Samsung SSD but I can't access my files through the web interface (the only option available for my Macbook). The Android app on my phone works great remotely (but only the app - no files are visible when using the browser). I've tried using the latest versions of both Chrome and Safari multiple times over the past month to no avail. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Hi, my web interface at http://readycloud.netgear.com/ shows desvice as offline. ReadyCloud for Windows does the same (PC with Win7 connected to local LAN. The same is fpr Notebook with Win 10 connected via WLAN). BUT:ReadyCloud App for Android on my Mobile is able to access the shares on the USB drive attaches to the 6400v2 via 4G Internet connection. Is it possible that the web site and the Android App have different methods to access the USB drive? What are my possibilities to make the web-interface work as well as the pc-software? I don't like to switch to Router Mode as the r6400v2 is situated behind a router provided by my ISP. Inbetween is another switch where several PCs are connected. I just upgraded my home router/modem to the C6250-100NAS router. I have connected a WD 3tb USB drive to the modem and can access it fine through my computer. I can't figure out how to set up ReadyCloud storage so I can access this USB drive over the internet. I don't seem to have a readyCloud tab in my modem setup. I have checked to make sure I have the most recent firmware installed. Any assistance is appreciated.2.4KViews0likes1CommentReady Cloud Folder Not Available

I can see the volume on my network within my home...I can even access if through ftp and https if necessary, but the folders do not appear when trying to access through the readycloud. Hi Fora, I have recently updated my R8000 to firmware version V1.0.3.4_1.1.2 and figured I'd give the Readycloud a try. So I was able to logon online and even with the app, but as soon as I try to connect my R8000 with the EXACT same username and password (please don't ask me if I'm sure :-) ) it gives me the following error: Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again. Anybody any ideas what I am doing wrong or what might be going on? I am trying to get readyCLOUD up and running. I have created an account on readyCLOUD but when I try to register my router in the router interface with the login and password from readyCLOUD it doesnt work. About 20 secs after entering username and password it simply says that registration failed and that I should check my username and pw. I have now tried it several times, chaning the password a few times as well. Nothing works.Solved9.1KViews0likes18CommentsR7000/Add additional ReadyCloud users-NO ReadyNAS
Hello! I'm having a ton of trouble trying to find a way to add ReadyCloud accounts to my r7000 that has a compatible Seagate USB. I do NOT have a ReadyNAS. Been through tech support and they finally ended the call and sent my 2 links via email that linked to KB docs that only deal with ReadyNAS and that I already read. Thanks in advance for any help the community can provide!! Here's where I'm stuck. I registered my drive and MY ReadyCloud account works perfectly! However, I want to add my wife as well and that's not happening. We're headed to Disney World in a couple of weeks and I just want her to be able to upload her photos from the resort to the attached storage. That's it!! Again, my account works just fine from my iPhone, I just want the same for her.Solved5.1KViews0likes5CommentsR7900 - ReadyCloud WEB Preview Not Working
I am brand new to ReadyCloud and using it for the first time. I have a Seagate Portable Drive USB3 attached to my R7900 NightHawk and I can get the device from a WEB browser, phone, and tablet. However, when I try to preview image files (*.jpg) nothing happens! No preview, no error, no nothing! I can download the files and then view them but I can't preview them online. I sent myself a link to access a folder on the drive. Opening the link and navigating the folder path as well as listing the files works great. Just no preview. I've tried this in Edge, IE 11, and Chrome. Video of my action. Any assistance is appreciated, WoodySolved3.6KViews0likes1Comment
