Menus keep popping up
We often find that our Meural Canvas is displaying menu information even though we haven't gestured or used the app to see it. Not only is it annoying to have to take deliberate steps to make the menus go away, but our Canvas does not seem to react easily to gestures so it often takes multiple attempts. it'd be great to know what's causing this - maybe subtle changes in lighting in the room, mistaken for gestures? Adjusting the light sensitivity has made no difference, unfortunately. I understand that it's not possible to completely turn off the light or gesture sensor. Is there something else we can try that we're not thinking of?Meural Frame screen black and unresponsive
My Meural II canvas has been fairly reliable until this week when the screen went black and on the website it shows "offline". I tried a different compatible power adapter thinking that might be the problem with no success. Now, the My Meural section of the website is giving me an error message. "400 Bad Request". I know the canvases are no longer being produced and they can't be bought from Netgear anymore but has all support and operations ceased? Thanks.Meural App No Longer Able to Control Meurals
As of this morning the Meural app no longer seems able to control my Meurals. It cannot select images in my playlists, cannot sleep or wake the Meurals, cannot use the directional buttons. I've checked that the app (iOS) is on the latest version and the Meurals are as well (2.0.9) and have tried rebooting the Meurals and the app, logging in and out, all the usual troubleshooting. Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I fix this?Possible to use both cloud and SD storage?
Hi, like many others, I have run out of space in my cloud storage on my Meural II. I like the cloud interface - it’s super buggy, but I like that I can just select photos from my phone and send them to the Meural instantly vs download. However, I need more space. I know that there is an SD card option. Is there a way to use both the cloud and the SD card? Or do I have to use one or the other? I currently use the scheduler option to have different playlists show at different times of day (ie. “travel” plays from 2pm - 4pm on Friday but from 10am-noon on Saturday - i do this with 5 playlists and rotate them so I see different photos all the time). I have 2 questions : is there a way to integrate the SD card and the cloud so that I can see photos from playlists on both? Or do I have to go all in on SD card to really make it work? Can i have rotating playlists from the SD card? Or do they just play in order - playlist1 (image 1 - 100 in order), then playlist2 (image 1 - 100 in order) and so on? the SD card is just way less convenient for taking a photo and adding it same day. Hello, My Canvas II is unable to connect back to the server. The last sync as 7.22.2025. The server status is offline, but my wifi is connected with IP Address. The software version is 2.3.2_3.0.3. My family has other canvas that is running software version 2.0.9 and no issues connecting to the server.
