RMA replacement DOA - nobody will reply to open Support case #30006330

Hi had a GS305 switch stop working.  I did a RMA replacement.  The new switch arrived and the power light just slowly blinks and I can't any traffic to pass through.  Netgear isn't responding to the trouble ticket/case.  How can I get someone to look at this?

    Spotted a notification in the community here stating: 

     

    "We are experiencing an outage with Chat Support, Knowledgebase Articles and guided assistance."
     
    This might be related.

      It's been 3 weeks since I reported the issue.  I don't know that any of those potential outages would have to do with them not replying to a support case.

      FYI, I'm not sure of the exact case number.  Under "My Support" on the main page, its listed as Case #30006330 but when you click on that and go into the text of the ticket, its listed as Case #00905238

       

      I'm not sure if one is the ticket and one is the case, but hopefully you can find it
