Cloud can not discover device
Having my RN10400 for about a year now and had no problems to use it as a storage for home network. Now I truying to set up cloud permissions for users, but following steps described in manual I get nowhere.
To invite users to cloud I need to get to ReadCloud page and set the permissions, but whilst I there ReadyCloud can not discover device.( It says that I don't have registered or saved devices). Whilst I enter serial number to find device it brings me back to admin page. On Cloud tab I always see that service is off line.
Spend so much time truying to get through but getting nowhere.
Please help
Yurik1,
You should be able to connect your ReadyNAS to ReadyCLOUD now.

What firmware are you running?
Are you using a static IP address for the NAS? If so, make sure you configured at least one DNS server

Hi Stephen,
I running latest firmware - 6.5.1
Not sure about IP as I am not so technical. I guess it is not static as the last number always changes after I reboot the system. http://192.168.1. ....

You definitely are getting the address automatically then (your router is assigning it).
There is some information here you might review: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29785/~/readycloud-faq
