ReadyNas Pro Pioneer Resyncing issue

Problem events in a nutshell:
-System crashed replaced all drives, year later system was resyncing
-Reinstalled OS to attempt fix, after a while, system started resyncing drives again
-Factory reset, one drive finally listed as dead.
-Removed dead drive and tested disk in windows and with WD test software, It worked FINE!!!!!!!!
-Did factory reset, system did a re-sync which took a long time, during which it rebooted a lot, but it seemed ok after that finished (but i didnt test for long).
-Added new sixth drive, system re-stripped, and now it is re-syncing
-The health of all drives appear fine
The problem is it is taking forever to re-sync and the system is rebooting frequently. Is rebooting over and over normal for re-syncing (see log below)? Given the fact that it does not state Rebooting device each time, is my system crashing?

-ran a backup job which moves files from a USB drive to the ready nas
Problem: The system has restarted twice for no apparent reason. Also, what size should my NAS be with 6x2TB disks? It only shows Volume C: Online, X-RAID2, 6 disks, 19% of 7394 GB used.
UPDATE: My system just started re-syncing again.
Configuration: RAID Level X-RAID2, 6 disks
Status: Resync 9% complete, Time to finish 350 hr 47 min, Speed 1396 KB/sec.
I do have NTI shadow software running on various computers if that helps any.

I can't tell from the log snippets whether your RAID array is dual redundancy or not. The volume status page in frontview should tell you.
Are you seeing SMART errors? - rklunderAspirantThanks for the reply, it is X-RAID2 mode (as shown in what you referenced which was from Frontview home page), I believe that is what you mean by dual redundancy. Or I do recall selecting the raid choice that allows 2 drives to fail. The drives look fine (see below).
BTW: my re-sync rate has increased considerably then what was shown above, I guess the backup job ended or crashed.

Single/Dual redundancy is something different. You would have selected adding a drive for redundancy. The volume page should tell you if you have dual redundancy (e.g., RAID-6 XRAID2). Dual redundancy provides protection against 2 drive failures, so the volume size ends up 4x2TB in your case.

Some things you could do would include:
1. Running the memory test boot option for at least a few passes
2. Power down, remove disks (label order), connect them to your PC and test them using WD LifeGuard Diagnostics.
There is of course the Disk Test boot option that you could use, which whilst more convenient to use isn't as good as WD LifeGuard Diagnostics.
Your serial does indicate that your Pro is an older unit. - rklunderAspirantI will run the memory check, and even re-seat the modules. WD Data Lifeguard tools will do a quick self-test to gather and verify the data lifeguard information contained on the drive, but I am sure it will show all is fine similar to what i posted above.the extended test will do a full media scan to detect bad sectors, but i would expect this to be seen from the behavior reported from the readynas. Does being an older serial number suggest a revision to the hardware with known concerns/issues? Or are you implying one should be aware of the impending death/malfunction of aging electronic components? Is a motherboard replacement an option, what's does a replacement motherboard cost? The power supply has already been replaced.

Hardware can fail at any time, but a good first step would be to rule out e.g. bad memory (you have double the stock memory installed) and ruling out a bad disk.
The NAS shouldn't randomly reboot like this.
