Hello and thanks for the info, the doc for 5.1.1.3 states that the migration from 3.x or 4.x to 5.1.1.3. I have 2.0.1.12, so how can I get from 2.0.1.12 to 3.x or 4.x from there? If I can where can I find the older software versions so I can do the upgrades incrementally? Thank you for the help.

Probably that is the reason they will not give you any of older files

It has been replaced by GSM7328S-200

Yes i know its EOL but i still should be able to upgrade it. So is this the software i should be using GSM7328S-200 for my GSM7324? Or it that the new version.

Support told me to come here and i should be able to find what i need - i'm still looking for version 3.x so i can get to version 5.x and so no - thanks for your help.
