Blocking IP range/subnet with ACL

I can only assume I'm missing something here... I want to block access to one VLAN from another whilst maintaining routing via the switch. Simple enough on the face of it.   I have set an IP ACL bo...

That helped, thanks. Wildcard netmask is needed, should have read the manual!
