Hello, I'm one of those who didn't received the email. Now how can I close the ready cloud service (in my RR4312 cloud page the service is reported enabled and logged-in)? How can I delete the existing users in cloud-users folder?

You should be able to turn off the service on the cloud page.

You can't delete their account from the web ui.  @AnishaA (Netgear mod) just posted that it can't be done from ssh either.

 

So the only way known to get rid of them is to do a factory reset, rebuild the NAS, and restore the files from backup.
