Hello, This forum has been very helpful for a non-IT business owner like me who wears the IT hat most of the times by default. I got the complete line of insight products. Router, 24p POE smart Switch, 52p smart switch, and several wac510s. All seems to be going well after some research and playing around. But... I'm trying to establish 6 VLANS each with their own subnet. Completely independent so they cannot ping each other. I've found that I think the BR500 can only support 4 subnets. Is that correct? After the 4th one is created, the "add" box is greyed out. If that is the case, can I get a single subnet to assign IPs to multiple VLANs and keep them completely separate? I was reading that this may be an option in the routing table with ACL in the advanced settings, but I'll probably screw that up. Any way to do that in the insight platform? Also, we really need IP reservations on the insight platform vs having to log into the BR500. My simple Google wifi puck at home can do that.... Thanks in advance! Really appreciate the help. Here goes nothing for my first post: Purchased these yesterday and they appeared to be the "latest & greatest" and fit a particular need for a client. I got the GC110 setup yesterday and it was connecting to the Cloud just fine. Fast forward to today and neither the GC110 or the GC110P will connect to the cloud. I have reset both at least 3 times and recreated networks and the issue persists. I finally got it to the point that I could see them locally in the Insight app but they are still not connecting to the Cloud. Please see attached photo for issue. I also attached logs from both.4.6KViews0likes7CommentsWAC540 Mesh setup is in progress for over an hour 1 AP
This AP is starting to make me want to start drinking again. Client changed their mind on how it was to be deployed. Okay no problem. I did a cloud reset on it and it kept all it settings. Deleted it frorm Insight and did a physical reset on it. Still the old settings kept populating it again and again. Now in the Insight Portal it keeps saying "Mesh setup is in progress" for the last hour. Also I did upgrade the latest firmware 8.2.1.16. Any help appreciatedSolved4.3KViews0likes3Comments
