ReadyNAS 424 - problem with audit logs - firmware 6.10.7

Hello team;

I have problem with auditing logs, I always get this message 48009010000. I have updated the firmware, I have restarted, I have deactivated and activated again Audit Log.

I can't delete old logs. I think the problem is there. Can I clear the logs somehow?

I can't delete the share (audit_archive) without moving the current LOGS to another share with the error inside. It does not let me.

I hope you can help me without having to reinstall the OS.

Greetings.

Hello???

I have no news from you.

Bad experience with technical service.

I have Netgear devices on several clients, but with support like this, I doubt we'll be selling more Netgear products in the future.

Greetings.

This is a user-to-user forum, not paid netgear support.  I suspect none of the other users felt they could help you.

I am tagging the two Netgear mods ( @Marc_V and @JeraldM ) to call their attention to your post.

Hi @StephenB

First of all, thanks for answering.

There is no way to delete the old audit logs, because I think that is the problem.

I can't clear the current audit logs, to start with no errors.

Any help possible is appreciated.

Greetings.

Have you tried clearing all the logs from the log page?

You could also enable ssh, and try deleting them that way.

Re: ReadyNAS 424 - problem with audit logs - firmware 6.10.7

Hi again;

Yes, I tried to delete the logs from the logs page, although none appear, only Error 48009010000 continuously when entering Audit Log.

I was able to delete the old audit logs by FTP, but the problem persists: Error 48009010000. I didn't need to enable SSH.

I do not know what else to do, I need help.
